ASTORIA BOWL COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Here at Astoria Bowl, the health and safety of our customers and staff is our #1 priority. Please review our safety measures below and feel free to reach out to us with any questions you may have:
If you are not feeling well, please stay home! Everyone entering the building must wear a face covering which must be worn properly above your nose and remain on throughout your stay. Please take note of the signage throughout the facility marking 6-foot separations for everyone to comply with social distancing requirements. You are asked to proceed directly to our temperature kiosk to have your temperature taken. You will be asked to complete a required NY State tracing form in the event you need to be contacted.
Bowling shoes and house bowling balls are disinfected with CDC approved spray before they are provided to you by our staff. The bowling lane equipment and seating areas are also sanitized after each use. We disinfect all high touch areas in the facility throughout the day.
Several large hands-free foot operated sanitization stations are located throughout the building for your use in addition to smaller dispensers by the front desk counter.
At the front desk and kitchen counter stations there is tempered glass partitioning separating staff members and customers.
We are skipping every other lane to further accommodate social distancing and have a limit of 4-6 people per lane. We have installed partitions separating each lane and seating area as well additional 6-foot partitions separating each pair of lanes.
The kitchen and bar menus can be accessed via a QR code located at each table by your lane. Press the service button on the bowling console and a waitress will take your order and serve you at the lanes. Please note that you must remain seated while eating or drinking.
Our current capacity is 50% based on current NYC COVID-19 guidelines. This number may change in the future.
We thank you for your cooperation as we strive to provide a safe and healthy bowling experience here at Astoria Bowl.
